It is an awesome hotel in Samui. Myself, i stayed at the Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa. I would give it 5+stars. Very tropical setting. Price was under USD400. But i would like to stay at this hotel next time :)
We are just returned from our 5th stay at the Imperial Boat House since 2004. The truth that we’ve lived there 5 times possibly says the entire story. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. It offers marvelous swimming pools, enormous location, welcoming and helpful staff.
Love the Imperial Boat House in Samui.. Shame the area gets completely flooded from the slightest downpour these days. Thans for the post

A boathouse hotel is a great idea. I think I would love to stay there.
The place looks good but is it safe? It seems creepy will all the bushes around the house.
